Free Bioinformatics Tools — No Login Required

PradeepBio hosts 16 browser-based bioinformatics tools built on free, public APIs — no registration, no cost, no software to install. Each tool runs directly in your browser and is designed for researchers, students, and clinicians who need quick, reliable answers without paid subscriptions.

Gene & Literature

Resolve gene IDs across Entrez, Ensembl, UniProt, and HGNC. Search PubMed and NCBI GEO expression datasets by keyword.

Protein & Pathway

Map proteins to UniProt, AlphaFold, and PDB structures. Explore Reactome pathways, STRING interaction networks, and tissue expression from the Human Protein Atlas.

Drug Discovery

Predict 119 ADMET properties from SMILES via ADMETlab 3.0. Identify likely protein targets for any compound using PubChem similarity and ChEMBL bioactivity data.

Structure Validation

Generate publication-ready Ramachandran plots from any PDB ID or AlphaFold model. Classify residues as favored, allowed, or outlier with % statistics matching MolProbity standards.

Sequence Tools

Calculate primer Tm and GC content, download FASTA sequences from NCBI or UniProt, and fetch any human reference genome region by chromosome coordinates.

Lab & NGS

Simulate agarose and SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis with exportable PNG output. Run NGS read QC on FASTQ files entirely in your browser — no upload required.

About the Researcher

I'm Pradeep, an oncology bioinformatics researcher with an MSc in Cancer Biology and a University Gold Medal. My research spans molecular docking, network pharmacology, clinical biobanking operations, and translational data analysis — with a focus on turning raw genomics and proteomics data into clinically meaningful insights.

This site combines my research portfolio with a set of freely available tools and resources I built for the broader scientific community. I'm open to funded PhD programs and research collaborations, particularly in Germany and Japan.
