About

From the bench to the dashboard

My work sits at the intersection of clinical laboratory science and computational biology. I began in biobanking operations, running clinical sample processing workflows including PBMC extraction and plasma separation for translational cancer research cohorts — work that gave me a rigorous, hands-on understanding of sample integrity and data provenance long before I wrote a line of analysis code.

That foundation shapes how I approach bioinformatics today: I build oncology research pipelines and pharmacogenomic analyses that are traceable back to the realities of clinical sample handling. My computational toolkit includes molecular docking and network pharmacology workflows to explore drug–target interactions, alongside Power BI and Streamlit dashboards that make cohort-level findings legible to clinicians and principal investigators alike.

I hold an MSc in Cancer Biology (Cellular and Molecular Oncology) and was recognized as a University Gold Medalist for academic performance. I am currently seeking fully funded PhD opportunities and research roles in biotech, with particular interest in opportunities across Germany and Japan.
